Alok Kumar, CEO, Founder, Trustee, Kismat Trust (A Public Charitable Trust). Alok Kumar CEO and Trustee of Kismat Mr Alok Kumar was born at village – Chakiya near Chhapra in Saran district (Bihar). His Mother Late. Kismat Devi Mundrika was simple hearted religious couple who admired for higher humane qualities among their children. Mr. Alok Kumar studied MA in Gender Studies and did his Bachelor in Zoology. Starting as a Project officer, he left a Government job and founded Kismat Trust. Mr Alok Kumar has visited Bangladesh, UK, the Finland and Thiland to exchange views upon various developmental issues.

Mr. Muzaffar Ahmed

Mr. Muzaffar Ahmed is a resident of village Sangla, Tehsil Surankote, District Poonch. He is Founder & Chief Functionary, Public Peace and Development Foundation, a youth-led Organization working for the education of Line of Control (LOC) Conflict affected children and youth in Jammu and Kashmir.
Presently he is working with multiple National and International Youth Development organizations. He is also working as ‘Global Peace Ambassador-India’ with the Global Peace Chain and General Secretary for Jammu and Kashmir with National Youth Council of India (NYCI). He was invited as Guest speaker by South Asian Youth Organizations for webinar sessions.
Previously, he worked as ‘National Youth Volunteer (NYV)’ in Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India, Research Fellow at Tata Institute of Social Sciences—Mumbai in ‘Devolution Index Survey 2015.
He is recipient of “National Youth Icon Award-2019”from International Youth Committee (IYC) during “World Youth Summit, 2019” on 27th of September, 2019 at New Delhi (India) He is also Recipient of “South Asian Youth Development Award-2019”from International Youth Development Council (IYDC) during “South Asian Youth Development Summit, 2019” (2-5 November 2019) at Kathmandu, Nepal. He is also recipient of “Mahatma Gandhi Excellence Award-2020”from Face Group, News, Media & Events on 15th of February, 2020 at New Delhi, India
He was delegate in World Youth Summit 2019 (New Delhi India) South Asian Youth Development Summit-2019 ‘South Asian Youth Conference 2018’, international Conference on Governance and Policy Practice, International Conference on Youth Specific Sustainable Development Goals 2018’, ‘Happy Move- Global Youth Volunteer India-Korea Cultural Exchange 2019’ and India International Science Festival 2017. Also he was a youth Parliamentarian in ‘Youth Parliament 2019’ Chennai, and ‘National Student Parliament 2019’ Kerala.
